Beginner Intermediate Class
Join me in this class and learn some of my favorite pole tricks mixed with creative transitions in and out of them. I enjoy creating classes that are unique for my students, so you can learn creative ways to move around the pole with some of my favorite tricks.

This is a 90 minute recorded class taught in ENGLISH with warm up. *we will work on torso rotations, so if you need more time to warm up your spine, feel free to do it before class.*
In this class we'll work on fun tricks with creative transitions in and out of them, like all my begginer intermediate class I will give diverent variation to each trick so you can work on what feel good for you.
Moves covered in this class:
Side lever transitions, foot grip shapes, arm pit grip, leg flares, brass monkey, invert transition to foot split, we'll incorporate this moves into creative transitions on the spin pole.
