This is a 90 minute recorded class taught in ENGLISH with warm up.

In this class we'll work on two different combos, you don't need super high ceilings to practice this class, this class like all my intermediate calsses offer variations to help you achieve this combos.

Moves covered in this class:

aerial invert, extended buterly to brass monkey, brass monkey to broken dragon variation, inverted shishi to bow and arrow split, twistade jasmin to jade variation, true grip jade to sidelever jade transition. We'll incorporate this moves into creative transitions on the spin pole.
