In this class we’ll focus on shapes , including some of my favorite shapes and signature tricks. We’ll play with creative entries and exits, so it’s not just about hitting splits, back flexibility, or twisted shapes , it’s about how you get in and out of them in a fun, smooth, and connected way. Expect flow, creativity, and lots of playful exploration on the pole.
