This class is all about exploring with Static pole in a playful and creative way. We'll focus on smooth transitions and solid rotations teechnique, learning how to make the static pole feel, alive and fun, so spin it, play with momentum and experiment with fresh movement ideas while expanding your flow and pole vocabulary.
