Join me for an exciting pole tricks class, where I'll teach my signature shapes or the most loved shapes at the moment, with fun and creative ways to enter and exit them. This class is taught on the spinning pole.

Pre-Requisites:

• Brass monkey hang

• Hip holds

• horizontal and vertical splits

• Aerial princess grip

• Aerial twisted grip

• Spirals or twisting positions
