Join me for a fun and creative static pole flow master class, this class will be base working with fun base pole flows using the pole and floor.

Pre-Requisites:

• Reverse grab spin

• Pole Handstand (twisted, true and cup grips )

• Confident on static rotations

• shoulder mounts and princess grip

• True, cup and twisted grip Ayesha
